Since then, he has built his own professional career, specializing in private renovations. This work is fueled by a deep interest in the recovery and restoration of historical buildings, seeing in every project an opportunity to enhance the past with a contemporary perspective. Over the years, he has also had fruitful collaborations with prestigious firms like "MABS Studio - Marcon Architetti" and "Guido Ciompi & Partners."

His vision unites a profound respect for architectural history and tradition with a modern, functional approach. He believes that every space should tell a story, and his goal is to bring clients' ideas to life by creating unique, tailor-made environments.

Foteini Stringari

Architect

Driven by a strong inclination for sustainability and the functionality of spaces, Foteini began her professional journey with a contemporary approach and a profound respect for the Greek landscape and tradition. She built her own career specializing in residential projects and interior design, but her experience also includes important collaborations with renowned architectural firms in Athens, such as Antonis Pantzekos and BETAPLAN. Her professional activity is enriched by a significant academic commitment: she has collaborated with the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Florence and has lectured at the University of West Attica.

Her deep knowledge of Greek building regulations and local laws makes her an essential point of reference for clients wishing to invest in Greece, ensuring a smooth process and full compliance with legal requirements.
